What we do.
Bespoke design is purely what it says, a previous tour can be altered to your taste, a brand-new one can be tailor to your exact needs taking in your desired destinations. Although we are here to make your experience and exploration one to never forget, we are here to make your life easier and take all the stress away from you as a Tour leader, so why not tell us what subject you would like, and we will send you some suggested exciting itineraries.
Understanding your needs and listening to you is what we do best, our students come from all over the world with different cultures that we respect, dietary requirements are always attended to and any form of Religious practise will be encouraged and assisted.
Process & support.
Because your time is precious we work avidly to take as much of the leg work away from you as possible and having teaching backgrounds you will be assured that we leave no stone unturned.
Once we have agreed on your tour itinerary our work really begins you will receive a Pre-Tour package that will include a presentation to be played at assembly time or in form classes to engage and excite your students, if you have a parent email database this can also be distributed in this way or with the Schools newsletter and on the Schools website as a link. This will include the itinerary describing the attractions and venues, menus to show the type of cuisine that can be expected, the full travel arrangements and the evenings entertainment plans. Your tour will also be presented as a brochure or flyer that you can print and handout along with branded posters to be mounted on notice boards and in classrooms.
Risk assessment is always an important issue these days and we take it very seriously, a template and guide will be forwarded to you so that you can fill out its content with confidence and ease with assurance that it will cover all aspects of your tour. Your assessment will be collated with all the activities and attractions assessments in one pack that will be sent digitally prior to your trip and handed to you in hard format on arrival.
So, with all your paperwork done and the students excitement hard to contain it only leaves us to dress you in a very tastefully selected, nonvivid outerwear that will make you blend into any background that you may find yourselves in, and of course we will supply this for you.
Upon landing at the airport our representative will be eagerly anticipating your arrival, after your long journey and the transition of customs you will be given good time for the party to use the facilities and comfortably board the transport.
Once aboard and all accounted for your guide will hand you the leaders pack in hard format which you will have had well in advance digitally, this will explain your full itinerary so that you will know where and when you will be every minute of the day.
This will also contain your attractions tickets and vouchers, plus many notes and curriculum points to help enhance your trip.
During your adventure any type of situation can arise whether it be that you need to contact us or the need for us to contact you and thus you will be given an English 24hour emergency number that will be answered, day or night.
Just as important as the trip its self we are here for you on your return, we would like to discuss your whole experience and hear if you feel that we could improve in any way. This part of the process will help us further tailor to your personal needs, we are here to create life long relationships and memories just like our tours.

The alternative Visa application is a STANDARD VISITORS VISA – and you must follow the prompts and complete the application form before physically lodging at your nearest Visa Application Centre closest to you (links to these centres are on this website) together with the supporting documentation (also provided within the application process online).
You must lodge this application no sooner than 3 months prior to travel, and it is suggested that each application will take approximately 3 weeks to reach the decision – we would suggest that you apply as soon as you can within the three months of your travel. This is a physical visa that will be lodged inside your passport.
Financial protection from the moment you book your trip continuously until your safe return home, we will only partner and book Flights, Buses, Hotels and Attractions through fully bonded ABTA and ATOL registered companies. Booking with us is the best way to protect you and give you peace of mind.
